Agreement to our legal terms

We are Kidlavie Nebraska LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a company registered in the United States at 3001 S 144th St, Omaha, NE 68144.

1. Our services

These Legal Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Nebraska, United States. Kidlavie Nebraska LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Nebraska shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Dispute resolution

Informal Negotiations

To expedite resolution, the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

Binding Arbitration

If informal negotiations fail, Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Nebraska.

14. Corrections

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without notice.

15. Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

16. Limitations of liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any loss, damage, or demand made by any third party due to your use of the Services or breach of these Legal Terms.

If any complaint is not resolved, you can contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs.

22. Miscellaneous

These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to exercise any right shall not operate as a waiver of such right.

23. Booking and cancellation

All bookings for parties and events at Kidlavie Nebraska LLC must be confirmed via our official booking system. Cancellation policies and deposit requirements are specified at the time of booking.

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages regarding event bookings. Message frequency varies. You can cancel at any time by texting STOP to +1 (531) 233-5109. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
